Where Family Dispute Resolution is required before commencing parenting proceedings, we are authorised to issue Section 60I Certificates in accordance with the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth). Following mediation, we can issue the appropriate certificate where legislative requirements are met, enabling eligible parties to commence proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia when necessary.
